- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
- The balance must be paid by the deadline specified.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
- You are responsible for any bank or transfer charges.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, most travel services (including flights, accommodation, and leisure services for specific dates) are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. Therefore, cancellations are subject to the terms below.
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellation charges will apply and may be up to 100% of the booking value depending on timing and supplier terms.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Requests for changes (e.g. names, dates) must be made in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings due to:
- Supplier changes
- Force majeure (events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)
Where possible, we will offer suitable alternatives or refunds in line with applicable regulations.

- You will benefit from additional rights, including refunds and assistance if services are not delivered as agreed.
- We are responsible for the proper performance of all services included in the package.
Where we act only as an agent (e.g. flight-only bookings), your contract is with the travel provider. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
- Ensure all names, dates of birth, and passport details are accurate.
- Ensure you hold valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
- Comply with health and entry requirements of your destination.
We are not liable for costs arising from incorrect information or failure to meet travel requirements.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

Otherwise, our liability is limited to the total value of your booking, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where required, we provide financial protection (e.g. ATOL for flight-inclusive packages, if applicable). Details will be provided at the time of booking.
If you experience any issues during your trip, you must inform the supplier immediately. Complaints must be submitted to us in writing within 28 days of your return.
We may carry out security checks to prevent fraud. You may be required to verify payments with your bank or provide identification before bookings are confirmed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
